Business Analyst – Energy Market & Business Transformation

Our client, a leading player in the energy sector, is seeking a professional to support their project portfolio related to market operations and data management. This role focuses on guiding business transformations and bridging the gap between internal and external stakeholders within a changing regulatory landscape.

• Facilitate discussions between process owners and internal/external experts to optimize business processes and ensure change acceptance.
• Provide business analysis expertise across multiple projects, ensuring alignment and managing content interdependencies.
• Prepare and document working groups and stakeholder meetings to ensure clear decision-making and project follow-up.
• Conduct thorough analyses of new initiatives and change requests from both market and internal perspectives.
• Define end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios and support the execution of quality assurance activities.
• Develop comprehensive communication and training materials to support business transition and migration efforts.

• 5+ years experience as a business analyst specifically within the energy sector.
• 5+ years experience with the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
• You possess proven experience in quality management and acceptance testing, including defining E2E test scenarios.
• You bring expertise in change management, specifically in developing training materials and supporting organizational transitions.
• You have a deep understanding of MIG6 market processes.
• You have demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and facilitating complex expert sessions.
• You're recognized for your strong communicative skills and ability to provide transparent reporting.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.
