Digital Specialist - Analytical Development

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Digital Specialist to join their analytical development department. This role is embedded in a major digital transformation program focused on ensuring structured, traceable, and regulatory-ready analytical data. The specialist will work to align scientific laboratory processes with digital requirements in a highly regulated environment.

• Analyze existing laboratory processes and data flows to perform comprehensive end-to-end mapping.
• Translate business and scientific processes into structured data requirements for digital solutions.
• Collaborate with analytical development scientists, quality, IT, and digital teams to align stakeholders.
• Challenge IT solutions from a business perspective to ensure they meet laboratory operational needs.
• Maintain compliance by design in accordance with GxP and ALCOA+ principles.
• Support the deployment of digital solutions and provide technical assistance to end-users.
• Facilitate discussions to find pragmatic compromises and align technical proposals with business requirements.

• You possess 3+ years of experience in data mapping, data flow design, or business and data analysis.
• You bring the ability to translate complex laboratory processes into structured data requirements.
• You have a solid understanding of GxP environments and ALCOA+ principles.
• You possess experience working at the interface between business and IT stakeholders.
• You're characterized by strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in CMC, Analytical Development, or QC laboratories.
• Familiarity with systems such as ELN (IDBS), LIMS (LabWare), or Power BI.
• Exposure to data governance or data engineering concepts and active knowledge of French or Dutch.
