Communication Officer

Our client is a leading organization dedicated to technological research and innovation. This role involves managing digital communication platforms and coordinating large-scale events to support the launch of a new specialized program.

• Develop a new project website to establish a digital presence for a specific initiative.
• Execute the backend upgrade, restyling, and reshaping of an existing research program website.
• Coordinate the practical organization of an internal research day for approximately 300 participants.
• Manage logistical arrangements including venue coordination, catering, and registration processes.
• Organize the official launch event for a technological project antenna.
• Provide on-site event management and handle emerging communication needs during project implementation.

• You have experience in the organization and execution of technology-focused events for audiences of 200-300 people.
• You bring experience in developing and managing websites for funded technological projects or research programs.
• You possess a proven ability to manage website backend migrations, restyling, and digital content reshaping.
• You are proactive and autonomous with strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
