Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical sector, is seeking an experienced professional for a large-scale digital HR transformation project. This role focuses on defining the future-state architecture of the talent and corporate communication technology ecosystem while ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms. The objective is to create a more integrated, data-driven, and self-service-oriented environment for employees and managers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain current-state and target-state architecture for the talent and corporate communication ecosystem.
  • Design application landscapes, capability maps, and detailed integration views across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Phenom.
  • Lead architecture activities for systems including TechWolf and NeoCase, ensuring robust data exchange and API design.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technology designs and define data governance principles across domains.
  • Shape the technology roadmap by collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Produce comprehensive architecture documentation, including system context diagrams and technical decision records.
  • Identify opportunities for platform optimization, rationalization, and technical debt reduction across the enterprise landscape.

Requirements

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in HR technology, solution architecture, or systems integration within large corporate environments.
  • You possess hands-on architectural experience with the SAP SuccessFactors core platform and Phenom.
  • You have proven expertise with TechWolf or similar talent intelligence and data platforms.
  • You bring extensive experience designing end-to-end platform ecosystems and complex multi-system integrations.
  • You possess a strong understanding of APIs, data architecture, and integration-flow design.
  • You have experience governing complex HR technology ecosystems across Talent Acquisition and Learning domains.
  • You have a track record of defining target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps.
  • You're experienced in creating architecture documentation, integration views, and data-flow visualizations.
  • You possess strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of NeoCase, Degreed, Snowflake, Denodo, or Power BI.
  • Exposure to AI agents, automation, and AI-enabled use cases.
  • Experience in GxP-regulated environments.
  • Support for vendor evaluations, RFP processes, and testing strategies.
  • Knowledge of French or Dutch.
