Business Analyst – Workflow & Financial Operations

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a professional to join their workflow department. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution within a collaborative team of developers and analysts.

• Translate business needs into concrete and actionable requirements.
• Develop clear and documented functional analyses for development teams.
• Facilitate communication between diverse stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of analyses with developers.
• Engage with external partners to ensure functional alignment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements within the workflow domain.

• You have 5+ years of experience in business analysis and functional analysis.
• You possess experience working within Agile environments.
• You're able to develop comprehensive analyses from scratch to serve as project foundations.
• You bring strong stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration between business and IT.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to changing information.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
