Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to join their technical support team. The role focuses on resolving complex incidents and implementing structural improvements in a dynamic, bilingual service desk environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, video calls, and on-site support.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and knowledge sharing to first-line support staff.
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Perform root cause analysis on complex technical issues to deliver sustainable solutions.
- Document new technical solutions, troubleshooting tips, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience with end-user computing across Windows, Android, and iOS.
- You possess 5+ years of experience with networking infrastructure and hardware configuration.
- You're experienced with Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- You have 3+ years of experience managing Intune, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- You bring a patient, stress-resistant, and collaborative mindset.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French (C2) with B2 level in the second national language and B1 level in English.
