Security Architect – IT/OT & Critical Infrastructure

Our client, a leading organization managing critical infrastructure, is looking for a Security Architect to translate strategic directions into technical solutions. The role involves ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance across integrated IT, OT, and cloud environments to guarantee business resilience and continuity.

• Design and formalize the target security architecture using Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles.
• Define security architecture standards and principles in alignment with organizational strategic directions.
• Integrate key security domains including Network, Cloud, IT/OT, and ICAM into a modular architectural vision.
• Perform architectural risk assessments on infrastructure, business applications, and industrial systems.
• Identify threats and attack scenarios while recommending mitigation measures for environments such as SAP and AI.
• Contribute to technical security standards based on frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and NIS2.
• Support project teams in integrating security requirements within complex IT/OT convergence contexts.

• You have 5+ years of experience in Security Architecture or Risk Assessment within complex hybrid environments.
• You possess strong knowledge of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST, NIS2, and GDPR.
• You bring expertise in Network Architecture, Zero Trust models, and Cloud Security.
• You have experience with ICAM (IAM, PAM, IGA) and Cryptography (PKI, key management).
• You bring experience with detection and response solutions such as XDR and SIEM.
• You possess proficiency with architecture modeling tools and languages like Archimate.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You’re a structured, critical, and solution-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in English with a fluent level of French and/or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SABSA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
• Experience with secure SAP integration and inter-application data flows.
• Knowledge of securing Artificial Intelligence and generative models.
