Our client, a leading organization in the utility and infrastructure sector, is looking for a developer to support a quality control system for public assets. This role focuses on building production-ready software while advancing within a modern cloud and DevOps environment. The project involves enhancing web applications that manage public infrastructure processes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new functionalities and support web applications across project, maintenance, and incident workflows.
  • Conduct technical and functional analysis of incidents to design and develop concrete software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team on scope definition, work estimations, and the follow-up of release cycles.
  • Design and execute unit tests while ensuring comprehensive documentation for all developments.
  • Perform design and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and internal IT guidelines.
  • Provide technical advice to analysts and designers regarding the feasibility of project requests.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of backend development experience with .NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core Web API.
  • You bring 3+ years of cloud development experience with Azure App Service, API Management, and Service Bus.
  • You possess 3+ years of frontend development experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • You have experience with identity and security using Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Managed Identities.
  • You bring experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep.
  • You're familiar with DevOps and CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.
  • You have experience with testing and quality using nUnit or xUnit.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and communicative approach.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Azure Service Fabric.
  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
  • Knowledge of Entity Framework or NHibernate.
  • Experience with Oracle or SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
