AI Analyst – Insurance & Generative AI Solutions

Our client, a prominent player in the insurance sector, is seeking a professional to drive the adoption and implementation of AI-powered solutions. This role involves defining technical roadmaps and ensuring the successful delivery of generative AI and analytics initiatives to enhance business value.

• Translate business requirements into structured functional specifications and effective prompts for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical centers of excellence to identify the most suitable architectures and technologies for specific use cases.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of AI products, from initial design through to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Organize and execute comprehensive testing phases, including user acceptance testing and pilot validation.
• Assess the business impact and value of implemented solutions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Promote AI awareness and foster internal communities through workshops and communication initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Lead specifically within AI and Analytics projects.
• 5+ years of experience in business and functional analysis, including BPMN modeling, process flows, and writing user stories.
• You possess proven expertise in the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions involving LLM, RAG, NLP, ML, and Deep Learning.
• You have technical proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and solution development.
• You bring experience working with MS Office 365, Copilot, PowerBI, Azure DataBricks, and Azure DataLake.
• You're experienced in AI Prompting and translating business logic into functional AI interactions.
• You have a strong track record of defining testing strategies and coordinating UAT phases.
• You possess strong analytical thinking, a well-organized work style, and the ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with a good level of the other language and English.
