Data Pipeline Analyst – Linked Data & Semantic Modeling

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for a Data Pipeline Analyst to drive semantic modeling and data project coordination. This role involves analyzing complex data flows, designing linked data structures, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders. The project focuses on improving data interoperability and reliability across the organization's digital landscape.

• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for small to medium-sized data projects, including pipelines and automations.
• Analyze existing data flows, sources, and transformations to design and evolve semantic data models using RDF and OWL.
• Develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards tailored to operational use cases to support business decisions.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to align data initiatives with the organizational roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reliability, and performance across various data systems.
• Document functional choices and data architectures using modeling tools to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

• 5+ years of experience with semantic modeling and linked data technologies such as RDF and OWL.
• 5+ years of expertise in data engineering with a focus on SQL and functional understanding of data pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and delivering actionable insights for operational use cases.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting and visualization, creating KPIs and dashboards.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, defining scopes and deliverables for data-focused initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience with SPARX Enterprise Architect for modeling data structures and architectures.
• You are available for on-call support duties.
• You possess a professional attitude with strong communication and presentation skills.
• You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch with passive knowledge of the other.
