Client Representative Coordinator - Offshore Infrastructure

Our client, a key player in the Belgian energy landscape, is looking for a professional to coordinate field operations for a major infrastructure project. The role focuses on managing a pool of representatives to ensure the quality and reliability of submarine cable installations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for field representatives and their respective agencies.
• Coordinate the sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new specialists to the project team.
• Manage logistical arrangements including travel, scheduling, and personal protective equipment.
• Facilitate the flow of technical documentation, reporting templates, and planning files.
• Organize regular coordination meetings between field experts and the internal project team.
• Review and improve operational reports in collaboration with relevant engineering disciplines.
• Verify timesheets to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements.

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience in offshore infrastructure or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• You bring experience in managing or coordinating Client Representatives, site supervisors, or field inspectors.
• You possess knowledge of offshore construction and marine operations, specifically cable installation, trenching, seabed surveys, or dredging.
• You have a good understanding of submarine power cable manufacturing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Quality Control processes.
• You're proficient in MS Office.
• You're a proactive team player with strong organizational skills and resilience under pressure.
• You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.
