Financial & Control Support

Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry seeking a Financial & Control Support specialist to manage the financial integrity of large-scale engineering projects. The role involves overseeing cost tracking, invoice validation, and purchase order execution to ensure high-quality project controls across multiple international sites.

• Monitor and track invoices to ensure contract compliance and identify potential payment delays.
• Analyze trends in project costs and purchase orders to recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Execute and oversee the purchase order and invoicing workflow using SAP.
• Coordinate with finance teams to create WBS structures aligned with project requirements.
• Generate monthly KPI reports and weekly status updates comparing planned versus actual expenditures.
• Maintain comprehensive records of forecasts and actual spending to monitor cash-flow impacts.
• Support project management in tracking and organizing equipment held in temporary storage.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in financial and administrative support with a focus on cost control and invoice tracking.
• You possess advanced proficiency in SAP for purchase order creation and data extraction.
• You're highly skilled in Excel and the MS Office suite for data analysis and reporting.
• You have strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
• You are fluent in French and English.
