AI Engineer – LangGraph & Python

Our client, a prominent international organization in the industrial sector, is seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement agentic AI systems. This role focuses on building and rolling out sophisticated agent harnesses across industrial operations and supply chain data within a data-driven environment.

• Design and build agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph to support complex domain-specific logic.
• Develop the agent harness including orchestration, tool integration, memory management, and safety guardrails.
• Ground agents in diverse industrial data sets including operational data, supply chain information, and technical documentation.
• Establish structured evaluation frameworks for agent behavior and output quality to drive continuous architectural improvements.
• Deliver production-ready solutions on Azure and Databricks while maintaining engineering standards.

• You possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a PhD in Mathematics.
• You have 3+ years of experience in AI engineering with a focus on agentic AI development.
• You bring hands-on experience with Python, testing, version control, and clean architecture.
• You have experience building agentic AI systems using LangGraph and OpenAI.
• You bring production experience with Azure and Databricks.
• You possess expertise in agent harnesses, tool calling, context management, and guardrails.
• You have experience building structured evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience grounding agents in technical documentation, engineering schemas, or process data.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, or process environments.
• Experience with reasoning-time control techniques for LLMs.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, MLflow, or Unity Catalog.
