Program Management Officer

Our client is a leading organization in the European energy sector focused on the reliability and sustainability of electricity infrastructure. The role involves supporting the coordination and monitoring of a portfolio of strategic initiatives to ensure successful program delivery.

• Coordinate and monitor several programs and initiatives while providing regular status reporting to senior management.
• Establish systems for status tracking, task management, and risk identification across multiple project streams.
• Align different workstreams toward common goals and manage the document environment using SharePoint or Teams.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and facilitate the validation, communication, and archiving of project documentation.
• Prepare and consolidate reporting for Steering Committee meetings and support stakeholder management activities.

• You possess a Master's degree in Engineering or Economics.
• You have 2+ years of experience in project support.
• You bring knowledge of the energy sector.
• You're well-organized, assertive, and proactive with a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with an excellent knowledge of English.
