Our client, a leading player in the energy sector, is seeking an administrative professional to support their IT infrastructure department. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of software licenses and procurement processes within a specialized IT asset team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT licenses and maintain an accurate database of active and expired records.
  • Oversee hardware and service procurement from initial request to final invoice tracking within SAP.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between external suppliers and internal IT stakeholders.
  • Generate regular reports on license status, upcoming renewals, and inventory metrics.
  • Administer the functional departmental mailbox and provide administrative support for IT training and events.

Requirements

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role with a specific focus on license management.
  • You possess advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You have practical experience with procurement or asset tracking workflows in SAP.
  • You're recognized for your analytical mindset and strong affinity for financial data and numerical accuracy.
  • You are proactive and capable of managing priorities autonomously within a collaborative team environment.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch.

Nice to Haves

  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support environment.
  • Willingness to transition to a permanent internal role in the future.
