Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry seeking a dedicated professional to promote specialized healthcare solutions. This field-based role focuses on engaging with general practitioners to drive market share and deliver on business objectives within a defined regional territory.
Responsibilities
- Promote innovative vaccines and healthcare solutions to general practitioners within an assigned regional sector.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare customers through an omnichannel approach including face-to-face and digital engagement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sector-driven sales business plans with a focus on prioritization and ROI.
- Manage sales performance and customer interactions using the CRM system for regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field colleagues to maximize territory effectiveness and synergies.
- Execute key performance indicators in line with business strategies, coverage targets, and effective call planning.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by providing high-quality feedback and acting with accountability and integrity.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably in a field-based sales capacity.
- You possess extensive knowledge of regional healthcare sectors and the targeted general practitioner customer base.
- You bring experience in territory management, including Sales Business Planning and performance analysis.
- You're proficient with digital communication tools and CRM systems to manage customer data and planning.
- You're assertive, resilient, and possess strong communication skills with high change agility.
