Our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a professional to join their site-based engineering team. The role focuses on the execution and coordination of diverse utilities and infrastructure projects, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure project alignment.
- Coordinate multiple contractors and various trades throughout the execution phase.
- Ensure HSE compliance and the rigorous application of site safety measures.
- Monitor progress, schedules, and the quality of technical execution.
- Identify deviations and proactively communicate potential risks or project delays.
- Validate work permits, safety documentation, and daily work logs.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact between contractors and the project management team.
Requirements
- You bring 5+ years of relevant experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar site-based execution role.
- You possess technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, electrical systems, and black utilities.
- You have extensive experience managing external contractors and subcontractors on industrial sites.
- You're a proactive communicator with a strong HSE mindset and safety awareness.
- You have the flexibility to accommodate early start times and occasional weekend work.
- You are fluent in French.

- Previous exposure to large-scale industrial or utilities infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of English.
