Cloud Security Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Our client, a prominent organization in the healthcare insurance sector, is seeking a specialist to strengthen their digital security posture. This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable identity and access management solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments to safeguard critical business processes.

• Design and implement scalable IAM architectures across multi-tenant cloud environments including Azure and AWS.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive policies for identity lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization.
• Build automated workflows for user provisioning, role assignment, and access recertification to streamline operations.
• Implement Zero Trust principles, including least privilege access and conditional access controls.
• Configure and manage identity security technologies such as Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Automate IAM controls using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
• Integrate IAM practices into CI/CD pipelines to secure cloud workloads and ensure deployment integrity.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT security within hybrid, multi-cloud, and multi-tenant environments.
• You have strong hands-on experience with cloud IAM systems such as Azure AD/Entra ID, AWS IAM, and GCP IAM.
• You possess a deep understanding of OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC models.
• You bring experience with identity governance and privileged access tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and PIM/PAM.
• You have technical proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python.
• You possess knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Bicep.
• You are familiar with Zero Trust Architecture, risk evaluation methodologies, and governance frameworks like ISO 2700x.
• You have a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent through experience.
• You are analytical, solution-oriented, and able to work on multiple tasks while following internal change management procedures.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch with a moderately strong level of English.
