Our client, a prominent organization in the healthcare and insurance sector, is seeking an IAM Architect to manage and handle information risks across internal divisions. The role focuses on optimizing business processes through the review and validation of secure identity architectures. This position is essential for drafting technical requirements for large-scale security solutions and ensuring alignment with modern industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to secure architecture through detailed reviews, design, and validation processes.
  • Redact technical requirements for IAM-related RFPs covering IAG, PAM, and secrets management solutions.
  • Evaluate supplier responses to RFPs to ensure alignment with security standards and business needs.
  • Review requirements for the externalization of security operations and identity incident detection.
  • Assist security analysts during investigations or incident response activities.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT security field with a strong focus on security architecture.
  • 5+ years of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including solutions like SailPoint, Omada, Saviynt, or Okta.
  • 5+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk.
  • 5+ years of knowledge in IT security risk analysis, evaluation, and digital security controls.
  • 4+ years of experience with network security equipment including Firewalls, Proxies, and IDS/IPS.
  • 3+ years of experience with ISO 2700x standards and public tendering legislation.
  • You possess strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • You have deep technical knowledge of protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, LDAP, and Kerberos.
  • You bring a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent through experience.
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch, with very good knowledge of the second national language.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of ForgeRock solutions including OpenAM and OpenIDM.
  • Possession of additional IT Security certifications.
  • Willingness to pursue continued education in technical and security disciplines.

Offer

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months (extensions possible)
  • Work regime: Full-time
  • Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
