Program Management Officer

Our client is a prominent player in the energy sector dedicated to building sustainable and reliable infrastructure. This role involves establishing and operating an integrated program management approach for a major international infrastructure project.

• Define and maintain the program management framework including standards for budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Support the management of integrated baselines for scope, schedule, and budget to ensure coherence and traceability.
• Consolidate budget estimates and cost forecasts while providing clear insights into variances and trends.
• Facilitate risk and opportunity management to proactively identify potential issues and support mitigation actions.
• Manage program schedules and monitor key milestones and project dependencies.
• Develop consistent program reporting for governance bodies to support transparent and fact-based decision-making.
• Coordinate activities and experts to align priorities and promote constructive collaboration across the team.

• You hold a Master’s degree in a financial, business, or technical field.
• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in project or program management.
• You possess strong organizational skills with a results-oriented approach and the ability to set priorities.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to translate complex information into concise management insights.
• You are a collaborative team player who motivates others through a positive and connecting approach.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French with a good working knowledge of French or Dutch.

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or CAPEX projects.
• Completion of a PMI, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI, and risk management methodologies.
