BMDS Analytical Scientist

Our client, a leading biotechnology organization, is seeking a team-oriented and solutions-minded BMDS Analytical Scientist. The role focuses on developing, validating, and transferring robust biological methods to support projects from early clinical phases through to commercialization.

• Execution method development under supervision.
• Support release and stability testing of Biological entities by developing, coordinating, executing and/or tech transferring fast, reliable and QC friendly biological assays.
• Contribute in assay development, drive results.
• Provide high quality documentation (writing and reviewing procedures, protocols, reports) of all technical work performed in the lab in accordance with data integrity requirements.
• Work independently and cross functionally across various teams related to analytical activities.

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in Biological, Biochemistry or related fields.

• Proven experience as a scientist preferably in the biotech industry

• Expertise in bioanalytical techniques for biologicals including manipulation of cells in the frame of bioassay, ELISA techniques, qPCR, electrophoresis.

• Strong and proven laboratory skills.

• Ability to author and review comprehensive and accurate procedures, protocols and reports in English.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and of GMP/GSP rules.
