Our client, a prominent public safety organization, is seeking an expert consultant to lead their data and AI innovation initiatives. This role focuses on driving the transition to a centralized data platform and optimizing operational intelligence within a socially critical environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the overarching data and AI strategy and roadmap.
- Guide the transition from silo-driven systems to integrated data architectures.
- Modernize the business intelligence and reporting environment.
- Identify and implement high-value use cases for intelligence and operations.
- Optimize dataflows and data quality across diverse sources and systems.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and data teams.
Requirements
- You bring 10+ years of experience as an Innovation Consultant.
- You possess 5+ years of experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
- You have 2+ years of experience in Data and AI strategy and implementation.
- You have experience with modern data architectures and platform transitions.
- You bring expertise in dataflow optimization.
- You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a level of CEFR C2.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with BI and reporting modernization.
- Knowledge of data-driven use cases within intelligence or operations.
- Background in Process Engineering, Lean manufacturing, or Continuous improvement.
- Experience in stakeholder management between business and IT.
- Practical knowledge of business processes and project management.
