MST Packaging & Technology - Engineer

Our client, a prominent player in the global pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a professional to oversee the technical development of packaging solutions for clinical studies. This role focuses on coordinating the technical setup of kit designs and ensuring high-quality delivery within a complex international supply chain environment.

• Coordinate the technical setup of kit designs and specific packaging requirements for internal and external labeling processes.
• Manage the transfer and implementation of new pack designs with external partners and internal manufacturing sites.
• Oversee the introduction of new compounds in the packaging area to facilitate timely delivery to patients.
• Support change management processes and non-conformance documentation, including incident investigations and CAPA management.
• Participate in the validation and qualification of new production equipment required for specific study demands.
• Lead initiatives using process excellence methodologies to optimize packaging components and system machinability.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability for clinical kits by collaborating with cross-functional sub-teams.

• You possess a Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or a scientific field.
• You bring 3+ years of relevant experience in packaging design, materials, and production equipment.
• You have experience with enterprise management in SAP.
• You bring knowledge of quality systems such as Trackwise for quality events and CAPA management.
• You possess strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Acrobat.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
