Project Procurement Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking a senior procurement professional to provide leadership for a portfolio of major engineering and infrastructure investments. The role focuses on ensuring procurement is fully integrated into the project delivery model while balancing commercial value, execution risk, and compliance.

• Act as the senior procurement lead for a designated portfolio of CAPEX projects.
• Define and deploy project-specific procurement strategies based on investment priorities and risk profiles.
• Prepare and maintain project procurement plans covering package breakdown, sourcing routes, and commercial models.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement of major engineering, construction, and EPCM packages.
• Lead negotiations for high-value or high-risk contracts and establish commercial principles for supplier engagement.
• Coordinate with category managers and procurement resources to align activities with project milestones.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Engineering to ensure effective contract administration and risk allocation.

• You have 8+ years of senior experience in CAPEX, engineering, and construction procurement.
• You bring advanced knowledge of EPC, EPCM, and technical equipment sourcing strategies.
• You possess expertise in diverse contracting models such as lump-sum, reimbursable, target-cost, and open-book arrangements.
• You're experienced in managing procurement delivery through matrixed teams and category managers.
• You bring strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills to a complex project environment.
• You are fluent in English and French.
