Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Project Planner & Scheduler to manage complex project timelines and program reports. The project focuses on detailed progress analysis and the coordination of cross-project dependencies to ensure the successful delivery of technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update overall project schedules and monthly progress analysis files.
  • Generate weekly management reports for project and program schedules.
  • Produce progress charts and S-curve updates for each project package.
  • Monitor and report on equipment physical progress from various suppliers.
  • Identify critical tasks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
  • Support SQRA activities and perform schedule Monte Carlo analysis.
  • Lead independent schedule review sessions and map cross-project interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within a technical or pharmaceutical environment.
  • You bring advanced expertise in Microsoft Project (MSP) and MSP Online.
  • You possess strong skills in S-curve reporting and critical path management.
  • You're familiar with risk assessment methodologies such as SQRA and Monte Carlo analysis.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with supplier schedule analysis and site-level planning.
  • Knowledge of machine test schedules and detailed Level 2/3 activity planning.
