IT Project Manager – Utilities & Digital Metering Solutions

Our client, a prominent player in the utilities sector, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead critical digital transformation initiatives. The role involves overseeing the rollout of smart metering solutions and coordinating complex application development cycles across cross-functional teams.

• Finalize the digital transformation of complex technical installations and metering systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a functional end-to-end chain across all project phases.
• Monitor project progress against time, budget, and quality criteria while adapting to changing contexts.
• Manage project risks and bottlenecks by providing accurate diagnoses and remediation plans.
• Lead initiatives using established project management methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting to ensure alignment with end-user requirements.
• Oversee content dependencies with other projects within the broader transformation program.

• You have 5+ years of experience leading and guiding ICT projects.
• You bring 5+ years of expertise in the Utilities sector focusing on Electricity and Gas.
• You possess 5+ years of experience working with Digital Meters.
• You have 5+ years of experience in ICT projects involving Application Development.
• You bring experience with API data exchange with external parties.
• You possess knowledge of PM methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBok.
• You're experienced with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• You have experience with Testing, Quality Control, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical or engineering field.
