Our client, a leading international energy infrastructure group, is seeking a professional to join a cross-functional product team shaping digital solutions for gas flow management. The role involves contributing to the full product lifecycle, from gathering business needs to supporting user acceptance testing for systems used across European energy markets.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Translate requirements into conceptual models such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and information models aligned with application architecture.
- Collaborate with product team members to refine requirements into user stories, estimate effort, and ensure delivery.
- Execute functional tests and support end users during user acceptance testing and training sessions.
- Manage production issues and service requests from business stakeholders to suggest effective improvements.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in functional analysis and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS.
- 3+ years of experience with modeling standards including UML and BPMN.
- You have proven experience with modeling and documentation tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect and Confluence.
- You possess proficiency in backlog and sprint management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- You bring a good knowledge of relational databases and the ability to write SQL queries.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business challenges.
- You're a proactive team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You have a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English with a good command of either French or Dutch.
