Project Manager – IT/OT Solutions & Smart Grid

Our client, a major player in the energy distribution sector, is seeking a professional to manage IT/OT solution deployments. The project involves overseeing successive implementations within the gas and electricity network management domain while collaborating closely with a central PMO.

• Collaborate with sponsors and delivery managers to ensure the successful advancement of IT/OT projects.
• Draft comprehensive project plans and management documentation according to PMLC and SDLC standards.
• Organize monthly steering committees and produce project status reports to monitor progress and mitigations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and manage resource allocation across various departments.
• Identify project risks and implement action plans to ensure execution remains on track.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting to management regarding project deviations or significant milestones.

• 5+ years experience as an ICT Project Manager leading complex technical initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing third-party vendors under Fixed Price contracts.
• Demonstrated expertise in the coordination of RFP processes and vendor selection.
• Strong command of project management techniques including risk management, issue tracking, and budget control.
• Extensive knowledge of managing project scope, planning, and quality metrics.
• You possess excellent communication and coordination skills to align business and IT stakeholders.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch).

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Smart-Grid technologies and projects.
• Professional certification in project management such as Prince2 or PMP.
• Proficiency in Planview for portfolio and resource management.
• Active knowledge of English at a B2 level.
