Our client, a leading organization in the European energy sector, is looking for a developer to join their digital communications team. The role focuses on migrating an in-house platform to a modern content management system while ensuring long-term maintenance and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Execute the migration of an existing platform to SitecoreAI.
- Conduct regular code reviews with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Optimize platform performance through caching, database tuning, and CDN/WAF improvements.
- Strengthen observability by enhancing monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor or similar applications.
- Collaborate with architects and security teams to implement secure coding practices and ensure policy compliance.
- Document technical and security changes following established governance and audit requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years backend development with Python and FastAPI.
- 3+ years frontend development with React.
- Experience with deploying services in the Cloud and setting up DevOps pipelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent collaboration and documentation skills.
- You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with SitecoreAI.
- Backend development experience with NodeJS and NestJS.
- Experience working with NextJS.
