Our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Digital Study Expert to support the implementation of digital solutions in clinical studies. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital health tools while coordinating between international study teams and technical vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and lifecycle management of eCOA digital solutions in global clinical studies.
  • Coordinate requirement gathering, translations, and vendor quotes to ensure project alignment.
  • Participate in digital solution workshops to document requirements and track technical configurations.
  • Update training materials and documentation following periodic software releases.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and support clinical site trainings to ensure successful digital tool adoption.
  • Develop basic analytics dashboards and patient evidence reports for study monitoring.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience within clinical operations environments such as CTA, CTO, or CRA.
  • You bring practical knowledge or a strong interest in eCOA, ePRO, and patient-centric digital platforms.
  • You possess experience in coordinating requirements and vendor documentation for digital solutions.
  • You're highly organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing clinical studies simultaneously.
  • You have a proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience with Veeva platforms.
  • Knowledge of eCOA or ePRO vendor landscapes.
  • Willingness to grow into a lead role within digital clinical operations.
  • Basic knowledge of French or Dutch.
