Our client, a dynamic organization within the public sector, is looking for a Test Analyst & Coordinator to ensure high-quality software delivery. The role focuses on combining test coordination with hands-on test analysis within a multidisciplinary Agile development team.

Responsibilities

  • Define an effective test strategy and approach for various application developments based on technical and functional requirements.
  • Organize and monitor testing activities, including the preparation of test cases and maintenance of regression scenarios.
  • Execute functional and non-functional tests, including API testing and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate end-to-end and user acceptance testing while guiding and supporting business stakeholders.
  • Automate repetitive tests and document procedures to improve efficiency and software reliability.
  • Report transparently on test progress and quality results to developers, analysts, and business owners.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a test analyst.
  • You possess 5+ years of experience with software testing methodologies and standards such as ISTQB or TMap.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in test coordination.
  • You have 3+ years of experience with API testing (Soap and REST) using tools like SoapUI, ReadyAPI, or Postman.
  • You possess 3+ years of experience using SQL, XML, and JSON for complex querying and data analysis.
  • You have 3+ years of experience working within an Azure DevOps environment.
  • You bring 1+ years of experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and organizational abilities with experience in coordination and coaching.
  • You're a proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a flexible mindset.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French with active knowledge of the other language.

Nice to Haves

  • Possession of an ISTQB certification.
  • Experience with Playwright or similar automation tools.
  • Passive knowledge of English.
