Operational Excellence Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement across their site. This role focuses on implementing process excellence methodologies and standardizing operations to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of excellence.

• Identify and implement strategic project plans to drive operational excellence across the organization.
• Execute Value Stream Mapping and develop action plans to improve reliability for strategic product lines.
• Lead ideation workshops and diagnostics to identify cost-saving initiatives and support the continuous improvement pipeline.
• Perform data analysis to monitor site processes and ensure focus on key performance measures.
• Manage key strategic programs including OEE improvements, Waste to Excellence, and Golden Batch initiatives.
• Train and certify personnel in Lean methodologies while providing coaching for belt certifications.

• You have 3+ years of experience in operations, technical support, or project management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• You possess 1+ years of dedicated experience in a continuous improvement or lean function.
• You're certified as a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt and bring a strong background in RCPS methodologies.
• You bring demonstrated expertise in Project Management and the ability to drive the execution of key site projects.
• You possess the business and financial acumen required to translate strategic issues into value-creating business cases.
• You're an effective communicator with the ability to influence without authority and collaborate within a complex matrix environment.
