Global HEOR Expert

Our client is a prominent pharmaceutical organization seeking a specialized professional to drive evidence generation strategies. This role focuses on developing integrated health economics and outcomes research activities to demonstrate the value of innovative medical solutions.

• Develop and implement integrated HEOR strategies and evidence generation plans across the asset lifecycle.
• Lead the design and delivery of global health economics deliverables, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
• Manage external vendors to ensure the high-quality execution of literature reviews, meta-analyses, and burden of disease studies.
• Translate clinical and real-world evidence into compelling value propositions for global market access and HTA submissions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, and Commercial to align evidence priorities.
• Present project outcomes and strategic plans to internal governance boards and external stakeholders.
• Support regional affiliates with strategic guidance on payer evidence questions and localization of global packages.

• Master’s degree in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, or a related economic discipline.
• You have 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or specialized healthcare consulting.
• You bring advanced knowledge of HEOR methodologies, including health economic modeling and comparative effectiveness research.
• You possess strong project management skills and experience in managing external research vendors.
• You're an analytical, insight-driven professional capable of working independently in a complex matrix environment.
• You are fluent in English.
