Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is seeking an expert to guide their human resources digital transformation. This role involves advising stakeholders on system integration, extensibility, and the architectural design of specialized HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advise the business partners on the integration of HR systems using specialized cloud technology.
- Design and oversee the extensibility of cloud-based human capital management platforms.
- Lead the architectural design of applications with a strong focus on user experience and mobile-first principles.
- Provide strategic guidance on identity and access management for the HR landscape.
- Manage the technical configuration and optimization of enterprise application portals.
- Support large-scale migration projects within modern enterprise resource planning environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect specializing in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SuccessFactors extensions.
- 5+ years in SAP Fiori application design, including SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and user experience optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in S/4HANA environments and migration projects.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center and SuccessFactors WorkZone.
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) configuration.
- You possess strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management.
- You bring a professional, positive, and reliable attitude to a team-oriented environment.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French (C1) with a B2 level in the other language and C1 proficiency in English.

- Knowledge of infrastructure or transportation sector IT challenges.
