Project Manager – Infrastructure & Telecom Deployment (6 months)

Our client, a major player in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a professional to lead infrastructure deployment projects. This role combines hands-on operational delivery with the strategic development of project governance and standardized ways of working. The position focuses on coordinating feeder infrastructure through its full lifecycle while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Coordinate infrastructure projects from intake through construction readiness, including design follow-up and site surveys.
• Manage project planning, permits, and stakeholder alignment to ensure the timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement new governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
• Act as the central point of contact for operational delivery, coordinating with municipalities, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure all project documentation and dependencies are finalized before handover to execution teams.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management specifically within infrastructure, telecom, utility, or construction sectors.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to execution readiness.
• Professional background in process improvement and the development of governance structures.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and alignment across multiple organizations.
• Experience navigating permitting processes and municipal coordination.
• You possess a proactive, delivery-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Fiber network or Feeder network deployment.
• Experience with GIS tooling or GIPOD.
• Possession of a VCA certification.
• Experience with change management and KPI framework implementation.
