Our client, a prominent agency in the public digital services sector, is seeking an expert to enhance their development capabilities. The project focuses on the standardization and automation of core building blocks to facilitate seamless integration for partners and software providers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical and functional analyses to simplify the integration of digital platform components.
  • Develop and maintain robust applications based on the .NET 8 framework.
  • Implement standardization and automation within the configuration of core building blocks.
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, developer coaching, and architectural guidance.
  • Collaborate within an Agile team to execute coding, testing, and debugging tasks.
  • Participate actively in Scrum rituals including daily stand-ups and backlog refinements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience with C# and .NET.
  • 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
  • 3+ years implementing Domain Driven Design, Clean Code, and Design Patterns.
  • 3+ years in Unit Testing and Test Driven Development using MSTest, NUnit, or Moq.
  • 3+ years utilizing Inversion of Control (IoC) and Dependency Injection.
  • You bring professional experience with TFS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • You have a proven ability to lead development teams and coach junior developers.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • You're analytical, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with AWS Cloud or Azure.
  • Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with Vue.js, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ or Redis.
  • Willingness to obtain specific architectural certifications.

  • Work regime: Full-time.
  • Location: Brussels and Ghent.
  • Working model: Hybrid with flexibility for remote and onsite collaboration.
