Functional Analyst – Digital Platforms & APIs

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a specialist to support their energy transition initiatives. This role involves analyzing and evolving digital applications such as data hubs, ERP systems, and web-based platforms to facilitate modern energy consumption management.

• Analyze business requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define and reach consensus on functional solutions.
• Design E2E solutions aligned with IT architecture, covering the entire application and technological chain.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional designs and act as an intermediary between stakeholders and development partners.
• Monitor the development cycle using tools like UML and Enterprise Architect while ensuring technical solutions meet business needs.
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive test plans, including UAT, to ensure high-quality production deliverables.
• Manage the application lifecycle and provide second-line support for incident resolution and bug tracking.

• 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst with a focus on requirement analysis and E2E delivery.
• You possess experience with API-based application integration and Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• You bring proficiency in UML and BPMN process modelling.
• You have experience with web-based digital platforms and mobile applications.
• You possess experience designing test plans, test cases, and coordinating UAT.
• You're experienced in facilitating workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the other national language.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with cloud migration or cloud-based application environments.
• Experience with modelling tools such as Enterprise Architect.
