Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is seeking an HR Process Analyst to enhance the efficiency and clarity of human resources workflows. This role focuses on optimizing processes and ensuring seamless alignment between HR operations and IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Embed a continuous improvement philosophy to enhance the quality of human resources services.
  • Optimize business processes while evaluating their impact on underlying applications and data structures.
  • Streamline workflows to ensure simplicity, efficiency, and clear expectations for all stakeholders.
  • Define, analyze, and challenge key performance indicators to drive organizational performance.
  • Support process owners during internal audits and facilitate the implementation of recommended improvements.
  • Govern and disseminate process documentation to maintain uniform standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in process management, process modelling, or process reengineering.
  • You possess a Master’s degree.
  • You hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • You are a trained BPMN professional.
  • You are trained in change management methodologies such as ADKAR.
  • You have experience in functional analysis, including translating business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
  • You're analytical and a strong problem solver capable of refining complex problem statements.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English with a minimum level of B2 for all three.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of HR processes at an L3 level.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP HR or SuccessFactors data models and system capabilities.

  • Location: Brussels
  • Working model: Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
