Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a BIM Specialist to support the implementation of global methodology and governance standards. This role focuses on formalizing standards, protocols, and templates into structured Standard Operating Procedures to ensure enterprise-level information management alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Formalize corporate BIM standards, protocols, and governance requirements into clear and structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support the interpretation and controlled evolution of the corporate strategy, templates, and decision frameworks.
  • Define governance controls, assurance checkpoints, and compliance expectations for workflows across various capital projects.
  • Review project governance against applicable international standards and industry best practices for building lifecycle information management.
  • Advise project teams on adoption, compliance, and decision-making while steering the operating model at both company and project levels.
  • Define quality-control criteria and assurance methods covering modelling environments, data quality, and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to promote best practices and continuous improvement in information management processes.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in BIM governance, assurance, and standards deployment within capital-project environments.
  • You possess advanced knowledge of BIM platforms including Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Design Collaboration, and Model Coordination.
  • You bring experience in writing SOPs and formalizing ISO 19650 principles into practical procedural documentation.
  • You possess a solid understanding of quality control, compliance with corporate standards, and building lifecycle management.
  • You're an autonomous, proactive, and analytical communicator capable of engaging stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
  • You are fluent in English with professional working proficiency in French.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or utilities sectors.
  • Possession of ISO 19650 certification or familiarity with ISO 23387 and ISO 16739
