Operational Program Coordinator

Our client is a leading organization in the high-tech sector focused on the development of advanced technology solutions. The role involves coordinating complex experimental programs and driving operational excellence through strategic planning and process improvement.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple high-priority experiments to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Orchestrate the scheduling and availability of materials and critical equipment while securing backup resources to minimize operational risk.
• Coordinate logistics and the timely shipment of assets between various sites to ensure uninterrupted experimental progress.
• Act as a central interface between customer representatives and execution teams to align priorities and define execution plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities and implementing innovative working methods.

• You possess a Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in supply chain.
• You have 1+ years of experience in project management.
• You possess proficiency in MS Office, planning software, and data analysis.
• You are proactive, service-driven, and possess strong communication and presentation skills.
• You are fluent in English.
