Our client, a leading public administration organization, is seeking an expert developer to join an ambitious digital modernization program. The role focuses on the analysis, design, and implementation of complex web portals and large-scale digital dossier systems within a modern, cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces using the Angular framework and RESTful services.
  • Translate wireframes and designs into well-structured, semantic, and highly reusable code.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to evaluate technical feasibility and optimize graphical designs.
  • Implement and manage application state, data flows, and secure API integrations.
  • Streamline the integration of microservices into the front-end to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Propose alternative technical solutions and architectural recommendations based on project context.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years of hands-on experience in frontend application development, with a specific focus on web portals or e-commerce platforms.
  • You bring 5+ years of expertise in Angular 2+ and the development of Single Page Applications (SPA).
  • You possess 5+ years of experience in frontend architecture, including the design of scalable frontend solutions.
  • You have 5+ years of experience defining and developing APIs and consuming RESTful services.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience working within cloud-native development environments.
  • You possess 5+ years of experience working within Agile delivery teams.
  • You have 3+ years of experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, specifically within Azure DevOps.
  • You're experienced with the development and optimization of library components for a Design System (3+ years).
  • You possess a degree in Computer Science from a recognized European higher education institution.
  • You have active knowledge of English combined with active knowledge of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Java SE 10+.
  • Knowledge of Event-Driven Development or Behavioral Driven Development (BDD).
  • Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience with building blocks and services within a federal government context.
