Our client, a key organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Business Analyst to oversee batch treatment processes within the billing and settlement domains. This role focuses on analyzing system issues and coordinating structural improvements on a large-scale central market platform.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor incidents, problems, and changes within the batch treatment domain.
  • Identify and recommend functional and technical improvements for system implementation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and market stakeholders to resolve complex system issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across the team.
  • Manage priorities autonomously within a self-steering team environment.
  • Formulate feedback on internal processes to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in data analysis using SQL.
  • You possess 2+ years of experience in ITIL service management, specifically incident, problem, and change management.
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in the energy sector, including knowledge of MIG6 and settlement message exchange.
  • You have experience with BPM for the development and optimization of business processes.
  • You hold a Bachelor or Master degree.
  • You're proactive, analytical, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French with C1 level proficiency.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Topdesk.
  • Certified in Scrum methodologies.
