Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Scientist to join their analytical development department. The role focuses on supporting stability assessment and method development for synthetic drug products across the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple assigned projects in synthetic development including oligonucleotides, peptides, and conjugates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across API and drug product development to align project objectives.
  • Initiate fit-for-purpose stability studies and characterization techniques to ensure product quality.
  • Perform deep scientific data interpretation to drive product development and characterization.
  • Oversee project timelines and priorities as a stability lead within the project team.
  • Translate laboratory results and protocols into actionable insights for diverse technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You hold a PhD in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Technology with 1+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • You have experience with stability studies including ICH stability, RIBPS, and open dish stress studies.
  • You possess knowledge of drug substance synthesis and drug formulation processes for synthetics, conjugates, and oligonucleotides.
  • You bring a proactive attitude and strong project management skills to ensure results-driven outcomes.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Liquid Chromatography and Gas Chromatography analytical techniques.
  • Practical experience in an industrial setting and knowledge of GMP regulations.
