Our client, active in the industrial sector, is seeking a Maintenance engineer to safeguard the continuity and quality of their utility installations. The role focuses on analyzing performance data and implementing strategic maintenance improvements to optimize operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse maintenance and failure data including MTBF, MTTR, and OEE to drive performance.
  • Develop and adjust maintenance strategies based on preventive, predictive, and RCM principles.
  • Identify and implement performance improvements specifically for utility installations.
  • Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and act as the owner and executor of MOCs.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for modifications, renewals, and supplier selection for maintenance services.
  • Document technical standards and instructions to optimize work processes in collaboration with operational teams.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or an equivalent field.
  • You possess relevant experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
  • You bring technical knowledge of utility systems, including HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, and sprinklers.
  • You have experience with RCM, RCA, and performance management methodologies.
  • You're analytical, proactive, and process-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a good command of English.
