Site/Construction Supervisor - Cleanroom & Internal Finishes

Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Site/Construction Supervisor for a large-scale new-build project. The role focuses on overseeing the construction and fit-out phase of a state-of-the-art production facility, ensuring all technical systems and cleanroom environments meet industry standards.

• Monitor daily on-site cleanroom and civil construction activities to ensure project progress.
• Supervise the installation of wall, ceiling, and floor systems, including hygienic cladding and internal finishes.
• Oversee penetrations, sealing, and fire-stopping in all classified areas and manage pressure cascade implementation.
• Ensure execution complies with approved design, GMP requirements, and project specifications.
• Manage deviations, non-conformities, and punch lists while ensuring proper contamination control.
• Act as the central point of contact for contractors, the EPCM partner, and the internal project team.
• Participate in site inspections and coordinate closely with cleanroom specialists and CQV teams.

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in delivering construction projects within a pharmaceutical environment.
• You bring strong expertise in civil and architectural works, including cleanroom finishes, piping, and equipment installation.
• You possess the ability to read technical documentation and P&IDs for site coordination and contractor supervision.
• You're a proactive and pragmatic team player with excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder management.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
