Our client, a major player in the transportation sector, is looking for an Expert Change & Communication Manager to lead organizational transitions during a large-scale enterprise resource planning implementation. This role focuses on driving process standardization and change adoption across multiple directorates to ensure long-term project success and benefit realization.

Responsibilities

  • Guide organizational changes for large-scale SAP implementation projects to ensure successful project anchoring.
  • Assist in the standardization of business processes and the establishment of a process-based management culture.
  • Implement and manage communication strategies, including event organization and community management.
  • Coordinate and implement training programs and materials specifically related to ERP applications.
  • Establish and manage PMO processes and procedures to support transformation objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives across diverse functional areas such as HRM, Finance, SCM, and Procurement.

Requirements

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in change management within large-scale IT transformation programs with a broad functional scope.
  • You possess 8+ years of proven experience in setting up and managing PMO processes and procedures.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in developing and auditing business processes.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in developing training strategies and creating materials for ERP projects.
  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ADKAR methodology.
  • You possess knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMI/PMBOK.
  • You have experience with Lean Management.
  • You're a proactive leader with a pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English (all at C1 level).

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of railway industry processes.
