Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is undergoing a large-scale transformation toward a client-oriented and agile organizational structure. The role focuses on guiding digital product teams and mentoring Product Owners to enhance team dynamics, value creation, and agile maturity. A dedicated focus is placed on anchoring best practices and supporting the shift toward a learning organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coach digital product teams and stakeholders to improve maturity and team dynamics.
  • Mentor Product Owners in areas of value creation, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and intervision moments to foster continuous learning.
  • Support the growth of Communities of Practice and Guilds to anchor best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the transformation program to concretize agile concepts within the business context.
  • Monitor and report progress on change initiatives to ensure sustainable embedding of digital work methods.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile project environments, specifically Scrum, and a deep understanding of agile values and principles.
  • 3+ years of experience coaching mixed Business and IT teams using methodologies like solution-focused coaching or motivational interviewing.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering Scrum and Scaled Agile training.
  • Experience in the facilitation and guidance of Communities of Practice and Guilds.
  • You have practical experience with Agile management tools.
  • You possess PSM I, PSM II, and PSPO I certifications.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience supporting Product Owners in complex organizational contexts.
  • Implementation experience with outcome-based frameworks such as OKR, LeSS, or SAFe.
  • Proficiency in group facilitation techniques like Liberating Structures or visual facilitation for large groups.
  • Practical knowledge of team dynamics models such as Lencioni, Tuckman, or Team Canvas.
  • Certifications in PSM III, PSPO II, Scaled frameworks, or Training from the BACK of the Room! (TBR).
