• You develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and maintain long-term relationships.
• You represent the organization towards customers while balancing mutual interests.
• You build and maintain strong customer partnerships through active listening and proactive responses to concerns.
• You ensure compliant and safe product release in line with GMP and regulatory filings.
• You participate in and review root cause analyses and impact assessments.
• You draft and issue PPQ Protocols and Reports, ensuring thorough documentation.
• You contribute to a strong quality culture by actively discussing quality impacts across the organization.

• You hold a Master’s degree in a scientific field (pharmacy, chemistry, bio-engineering, industrial engineering, etc.).
• You have 4–8 years of experience in a Quality role within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
• You possess strong organizational and planning skills, enabling you to structure complex topics effectively.
• You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken & written).
• You have excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP and SharePoint is an advantage.
• You are able to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
