.NET Developer – .NET Core & Azure

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is seeking a developer to take ownership of designing and building high-quality software solutions. The role involves translating complex business requirements into reliable applications while collaborating closely with solution designers and stakeholders.

• Design and build high-quality software solutions within the transport execution domain.
• Translate business requirements and architectural designs into effective, reliable applications.
• Develop secure, performant, and well-tested .NET Core Web APIs.
• Implement cloud-native patterns and services using Azure Cloud and PaaS components.
• Maintain code quality by applying Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Manage containerized deployments with Kubernetes and Docker via Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Perform automated unit testing to ensure robust software delivery.

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, including LINQ, async/await, and design patterns.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud development and event-driven patterns.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing secure .NET Core Web APIs.
• Experience with automated unit testing and maintaining high test quality.
• Proficiency in Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational database design, and optimization.
• Experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to explain technical choices clearly.
• You are fluent in English (C1) with C2 level of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Android application integration and offline/online synchronization.

• Start date: 19/10/2026.
• Duration: project until 31/08/2028.
• Work regime: Full-time.
• Location: Brussels.
• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite).
