Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications and infrastructure sector, is executing a large-scale network deployment project. This role focuses on guiding technical teams to work effectively and predictably through structured process facilitation and team coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and project ceremonies to ensure focused check-ins on progress and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to streamline operational reviews and identify bottlenecks across project phases.
  • Identify, track, and resolve team-level blocks while escalating critical risks to management.
  • Coach multidisciplinary teams in adopting a structured way of working and clear definitions of completion.
  • Monitor the consistent registration of progress within project management tools to ensure data transparency.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members regarding established workflows and project ceremonies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a process-oriented facilitation role.
  • Experience working within infrastructure, utilities, construction, or similar operational project environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira as a power user to coach teams on board and ticket management.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills to lead ceremonies for teams unfamiliar with Agile methodologies.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on early risk identification.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with GIS engineers or similar technical engineering profiles.
  • Ability to explain complex process concepts in simple, non-technical language.
